Our durum wheat semolina pasta (spaghetti, tagliolini, candles, orecchiette, strascinati, rigatoni, penne rigate, torchietti, calamarata, trucioli, riccia, paccheri, conchiglioni, plus the two formats of wholemeal semolina: spaghetti and penne rigate) is obtained through a cycle of natural cultivation, extruded by hand, through bronze matrices. Rich in vitamin E, it combines high nutritional properties with a firm consistency during cooking. Lastly, great attention was paid to its packaging, using a transparent bag, wrapped in an elegant blue paper easel, in turn embellished with white and gold lettering, which leaves the two sides uncovered, thus allowing for continuous viewing.
