This product is obtained by drawing, rolling and drying a mixture prepared exclusively with durum wheat semolina and water, without coloring substances and preservatives. These are ancient properties, which do not disperse starch, ensuring its resistance during cooking and a unique and authentic taste. An absolute qualityis garanteed based on the perfect simplicity of the two unique ingredients and on the purest quality of the semolina. A natural cultivation cycle, as it was once used, with ancient durum wheat seeds, not genetically modified. It is andcrafted extruded through bronze matrices.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
