The restaurant of the historic Abbondanza family, perfectly set in the scenographic environments typical of Matera, along the road that leads to the Duomo, is an unmissable stop if you want to taste the real local flavors and, of course, pasta is the star of the show: topped with cruschi peppers from Senise, cacioricotta cheese and fried breadcrumbs or with Stigliano pezzente and Pollino potatoes, with broad bean purée, anchovies, Matera stracciatella, porcini mushrooms and Stigliano pistachios.
