Obtained by drawing, rolling and drying a dough prepared exclusively with durum wheat semolina and water. Ancient properties, which do not disperse the starch, ensuring its resistance during cooking and a unique and authentic taste. An absolute quality, like the territory that hosts us, a mirror of our centennial origins. Since 1924, when our grandfather, traveling on horseback the vast expanses between Puglia and Basilicata, already imagined that right there, a stone’s throw from thousands of fields cultivated with wheat, our house would be born, which proudly preserves the same teachings.

Our durum wheat semolina pasta (spaghetti, tagliolini, candles, orecchiette, strascinati, rigatoni, penne rigate, torchietti, calamarata, trucioli, riccia, paccheri, conchiglioni, plus the two formats of wholemeal semolina: spaghetti and penne rigate) is obtained through a cycle of natural cultivation, extruded by hand, through bronze matrices. Rich in vitamin E, it combines high nutritional properties with a firm consistency during cooking. Lastly, great attention was paid to its packaging, using a transparent bag, wrapped in an elegant blue paper easel, in turn embellished with white and gold lettering, which leaves the two sides uncovered, thus allowing for continuous viewing. Finally, our boxes are all branded and guarantee even more the identity of a unique product.
