Marco Cipriani and his team enhance, every day, the goodness of local products with refined seasonal recipes, bringing innovation and tradition to the same dish, while our pasta, produced with Appulo-Lucano durum wheat seeds, will surprise any type of palate, thanks to the quality of the raw materials at zero km, combined with the experience of chef Salvatore Simeone.
