Our durum wheat semolina pasta is the favorite daughter of a noble and harsh land, rich in fine Italian grains and pure spring sources. This product is obtained by drawing, rolling and drying a mixture prepared exclusively with durum wheat semolina and water, without coloring substances and preservatives. These are ancient properties, which do not disperse starch, ensuring its resistance during cooking and a unique and authentic taste. An absolute qualityis garanteed based on the perfect simplicity of the two unique ingredients and on the purest quality of the semolina. A natural cultivation cycle, as it was once used, with ancient durum wheat seeds, not genetically modified. It is andcrafted extruded through bronze matrices.

Wholemeal Pasta

Our wholemeal semolina pasta is obtained exclusively from durum wheat grown in Puglia and Basilicata and guaranteed by a particular grinding process, aimed at preserving its natural fragrance and the typical wheat aroma. The beans, ground together with their outer coating, retain their nutritional properties unaltered, such as vitamins, fibers and mineral salts, with a low glycemic index, and a gradual release of carbohydrate energy. Rich in vitamin E, antioxidant, phytoestrogens, useful for the well-being of bones and heart, it combines high nutritional properties, with a firm consistency during cooking and complete nutritional value. Handcrafted extruded through bronze matrices.
