Trucioli (meaning “chips”), which take its name from wood chips due to its irregular shape, have the characteristic of keeping its shape. In fact, this pasta doesn’t stick together and remains crunchy.
Trucioli are best paired with sauces and legume soups but they can also be prepared cold for summer salads.
For every order received by October 5th, we’ll give away a free box containing 5 packs of pasta: Calamarata, La Riccia, Trucioli, Spaghetti, and Torchietti.
